IT AMC

All packages available in AMC service packages will be provided on Comprehensive AMC & Non-Comprehensive AMC mode and further categorized as Call Base AMC and Onsite Base AMC, but the service provided in the packages will be the same.

Service Type

In both type Service provided in the AMC packages will be the same But in Comprehensive Type in case of failure of any machine hardware included in purchased AMC package, hardware replacement will be done by TETAPOSE without any extra charges. Where as in Non-Comprehensive Type in case of failure of any machine hardware in purchased AMC package, hardware replacement need to be done by Client. Or they can ask TETAPOSE to replace the same but charges should be bear by client only.

Service Type

Please note that rate of both packages are different and are mentioned in different packages in this catalog.

In this package TETAPOSE will maintain and enhance employee productivity by providing standardized, yet personalized desktop configurations which include system utilities and campus services that allow your workstation to perform seamlessly. TETAPOSE will acts as your Departmental Technical Liaison.
1. Installation and support of standard operating system, commercially developed business productivity software and office suites
2. Desktop hardware procurement & setup if needed by client
3. Installation of printer drivers for networked printers
4. Installation of standard peripherals
5. User administration
6. Hardware repair and/or replacement support as per rules
7. Remote access services for customers in remote locations
8. Customer support through the TETAPOSE Help Portal & Telephone

Server Support Service Package

TETAPOSE will help plan, deploy, and manage key operational aspects of your department’s server, operating system software, and network access to a defined scope of business applications. TETAPOSE will ensure compliance and integration with required existing and planned technology platforms, and will ensure the physical security and electronic access security of the assets within the hosted environment.
1. All the service available in Desktop Support Service Package
2. Installation and configuration of standard server operating systems
3. Full operating systems administration, including maintaining patch levels
4. Server hardware procurement & setup if needed by client
5. Problem notification and follow-up with Department Site Contact and/or business application software vendor

LAN Management Service Package

TETAPOSE will help plan, deploy, and manage key operational aspects of your department’s Local Area Network.
